– 1 tbsp. ground ginger
– 1 glass of water
– a pinch of cinnamon
– 2tsp. honey

How to prepare it

Bring the water to a boil and set it aside. Add the ginger and cinnamon and cover the pot. Leave it covered for 10-15 minutes before adding the honey. Consume 1 teaspoon of the remedy 2 times a day until the pain subsides and your mobility is restored.
