Here is How to Detox Your Body Through Your Feet

The Chinese have many traditional alternative practices they commonly use for a number of health issues which have proven to be very effective. Ionic Foot Bath`

This foot bath is probably one of the best detox baths for toxins elimination. First soak your feet in some warm water to open the pores and then add some salt. Your feet will absorb the ions and you’ll get an ionic cleanse. As the toxins leave your body the water will become darker.

Salt Bath Detox

For this bath you’ll need:

  • 2 cups of baking soda
  • A cup of Epsom salt
  • A cup of sea salt
  • Essential oil of your choosing

How to prepare it:

Boil a pot with water and add the ingredients in the boiling water. Stir until they dissolve and set it aside to cool off. Soak your feet in this mixture for about half an hour and enjoy the relaxing, cooling sensation. This bath will alleviate irritations, flush out the toxins, raise your energy levels and pump you up on magnesium.

Oxygen Detox Bath

You’ll need:

  • 1 tbsp. powdered ginger
  • 2 cups of hydrogen peroxide


How to prepare it:

Prepare a warm foot bath and add the ingredients in it. Soak your feet in the water for half an hour and relax.

Clay Detox Bath

You’ll need:

  • 1/2 cup Epsom salt
  • 1/2 cup bentonite clay
  • Essential oils of your choosing

How to prepare it:

Prepare a hot foot bath and add the Epsom salt in it. Stir to dissolve. Mix the clay with a little bit of water separately before adding it to the bath. Soak your feet for 20 minutes and enjoy the relaxing detox bath.
