Get Rid Of That Nasty Tartar Buildup and Plaque and Whiten Your Teeth With THIS!

The mineral deposits on the teeth is called tartar. With time the amounts of tartar increases and if not taken care of may cause periodontitis. Of course, the best way to deal it is to go to a dentist, however you can also remove it at home.

Needed ingredients and items:

– Toothbrush
– Dental pick
– Cup
– Water
– Antiseptic mouth wash
– Hydrogen peroxide
– Baking soda
– Salt

– Every second day rinse your mouth with an antiseptic mouth wash.

– Tomatoes and strawberries – These fruits are rich in vitamin C, which is very beneficial for the oral health. All you have to do is rub them onto your teeth and leave them to act for five minutes. With this method you can also use other foods which are rich in vitamin C such as lemons, lime, oranges, berries, papaya as well as bell peppers.
