A Recipe For Gluten Free Flourless Bread!

Bread is one of the most popular foods in the world and some people simply cannot imagine eating a meal without a slice or two of bread. It is so very delicious, and sadly, according to many food  experts, a food that should be avoided.

I am one of those people who can’t image a life without bread, so I searched for a healthier but just as tasty version of bread, that is anti nutrient-phytic acid free and also gluten free.

While searching, I discovered that the flour is treated with many of the 60 different chemicals approved by the FDA, for example, chemical bleach. Furthermore, gluten is bad for our health even for those who are not allergic to it.

Upon searching I came across a very interesting recipe for flourless bread, that is very cheap and easy to make. In addition, it is made from natural organic ingredients, that are rich with B vitamins, protein and fiber.

Here is the Flourless Bread Recipe:

You will need:

  • 100 ml. water
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • a pinch salt
  • 4 eggs
  •  90 g. pumpkin seeds
  • 90 g.  sunflower seeds
  • 90 grams sesame seeds
  • 90 g. flax seeds
  •  90 g. walnuts

Preparation process:

  • Start by separating the egg whites from the yolks, add the salt and whisk them. After that add the water and the baking soda. Ground all the seeds and make a fine flour. Mix everything until you get homogeneous dough. Bake the dough at 180 C (350 F) for about 50 minutes and voila, there you have it, a tasty flourless bread!
