  • walnuts (chopped)
  • 4 lemons
  • Aloe Vera juice


First cut the aloe Vera leaves from the plant, you need to have plenty of leaves so that you can make 100ml of juice. Wash them well with water and cut them into small pieces. Transfer the chopped aloe in a gauze and squeeze it tightly to get the juice. When you’ve extracted the juice you can combine it with the other ingredients and mix to get a smooth mixture.
