Well the peel contains a number of medicinal properties which make it an excellent natural remedy against high cholesterol levels, blood sugar levels and liver issues. Some studies show that tangerine peels are also good for digestion, help you properly digest fatty foods and alleviate digestive issues.

Peel the tangerine and cut them into small pieces. Fill a glass with boiling hot water and add 2tbsp. of the peels in it and leave it for an hour to soak. After an hour you can consume the remedy. Drink it 3 times per day and say goodbye to bronchitis.
Leave the peels to dry off and cut them into pieces. Fill a glass with hot water and add 2tbsp of the peels in it. Cover the glass and leave it in a cool place for 7 days. After a week you can start consuming the remedy. Dissolve 20drops of the liquid in a glass of water and drink it three times a day before every meal.

Peel a few tangerines to fill a glass with them. Add this amount in 3 liters of water and bring it to boil. Set it aside for an hour, strain the liquid and prepare yourself a hot bath with this remedy. Do it every other day.
